The programme stretches over 5 study schools, takes 12 months to complete and addresses the following aspects:
* Facilitation;
* Training Needs Analysis;
* Assessment;
* Mentoring and Support; and
* Instructional Design.
This programme provides individuals with the capacity to make a significant contribution to skills development and gives them a sound foundation to move on to a level where they can add even more value at a strategic level.
